Our KuneKune Boars
Piazzi - Andrew boar line (Jenny)
Piazzi is our gorgeous brown and white boy with a wide face and an upturned snout. Piazzi spent his piglet-hood socializing with chickens, geese, dogs, donkeys, horses, and a Waldorf-Inspired preschool making him well-suited for joining our menagerie. You name it, "P" has seen it! Many thanks to Dick and Julie of My Little Farm in Santa Rosa, CA for allowing "P" to join us at Diamond Wire Farms.

Twain - TeWhangi boar line (Jenny)
Meet our new TeWhangi herd sire Twain! He may be but a little bit right now, but soon he will join the ranks of our other herdsires. Twain hails from mostly British parents and I'm sure will serve a proper gentleman with his starched collar markings and regal bloodlines.
Boone - Boris boar line (Kereopa)
This jet black Boris boy is sure to turn heads. Solid colored KuneKunes show off their confirmation beautifully without the distraction of patterns and flashy colors. We can't wait for him to debut at the West Coast Heritage Classic in September!
Toliver - Tuahuru boar line (Rona)
This is our first boar retained from our own stock here on the farm. This gorgeous son of Elias and Vada has replaced his father as our lead Tuahuru sire. Toliver's first piglets arrived in September 2015 and we couldn't be happier.
Hollis - BH Tutaki boar line (Wilson's Gina)
Our awesome solid chocolate BH Tutaki boar came to us from Virginia KuneKunes. We can't wait to see what he will produce.
Ulysses - Tutenakai (TaruTaru)
Another 2010 New Zealand imported line representative, the Tutanekai joined our farm in December 2015 from Tule Fog Farm. Ulysses is a stout chap with a mellow personality. We are proud to house him here in the California foothills.
Wallace - Whakanui (TaruTaru)
A third 2010 New Zealand import boar line represented in our herd is Whakanui. Wallace is a joy. His teddy bear looks are following him well into adulthood. We can't wait for his first babies to arrive this winter.
